Payment Timing: Processed immediately upon booking
Payment Deadline: 12 hours prior to the scheduled tour
- Note: Tour applications must be submitted at least 12 hours before the event.
Additional Fees: No shipping charges will be incurred.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 12 hours or less before the event: 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations made 1 day or less before the event: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

4. Tour Operation Guidelines

Rainy weather: The tour will proceed as scheduled.
Stormy weather or natural disasters: The event will be cancele if safety cannot be ensured.Notification will be sent via email in such cases.
